If you have a template you want to use with your search engine (and don't want to use _publish_listing.html)(rename it to Search) and modify the search (submit value to the same name (Search) and the Keyword to the field you want to search. ---- You now have your very own shorter-template called (Search) instead of _publish_listing.html and it matches your Search button.. Maybe everyone already knows this but I didn't notice it in the forums yet !!! -- It's came in handy for me .... ---- You can now have multiple templates if you use the command line option like below !!!!! ---- http://www.yoursite.com/cgi-bin/rm/exec/search.cgi?sort_order=6,123,reverse&search=1&template=Search ---- Below is how I setup my search form ----
<form method=get action="/cgi-bin/rm/exec/search.cgi?sort_order=6,123,reverse&search=1"> <input type="hidden" name="search" value="1"> <input type="hidden" name="perpage" value="10"> <input type="hidden" name="marknew" value="1"> <input type="hidden" name="euro_numbers" value="0"> <p align="center"><font size="2"> </font><b><em><font color="#F7F7F7" face="Arial Black" size="2"> <input type="text" size="12" maxlength="256" name="lfield5_keyword"><input type=submit name="template" value="Search"></font></em></b></td> </tr> </form>
