Rental Properties	Can't Post

Just some quick questions as I am looking to set this up for a friend in the UK.

In the demo I can't see a difference between rental and sales properties. Is that a setting that can be entered?

With rental properties is it possible to have a setting as "NOT AVAILABLE" so that all the information is stored but it is excluded from listings and searches?

Absolutely. With Realty Manager you can create up to 75 listing fields, so you could create a new listing field named Rental Property (Yes, No). So when creating a listing you could select whether a listing was a rental property or not.

Yes, you could have the search engine set up in such a way that if a listing was a Rental listing it would not be returned in the Search Results.
