Removing a User/Recovering Listings Can't Post

A client of mine has a receptionist who has been adding listings to his site from the beginning. Now the client removed the receptionist's username from the User Manager. All the listings are gone...is there a way to get them back?

Once a user is removed, can their listings be recovered?

Hi isaacrubio,

Once data has been removed from the software, there is no way to recover it. You may want to contact your web host to see if they have a back up copy of the software files available - you'll want to retrieve the /data directory.

Let us know if you have any other questions. Smile

Hi there,

You'll want to re-upload the contents of the /data directory. You will lose your most recent listings after making this change however.

Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions about this. Smile
