Realty Manager and Autoresponders

We will be using Realty Manager for a new client's web site. I would like to let people sign up for more detailed listing info by providing their e-mail address for an autoresponder. I could do it possible by building a link in each listing for each autoresponder, but that would require them to fill out the form 5 times if they are interested in 5 different properties. Can anyone think of a way that people could click on a button while viewing a property then at the end fill out one form to receive info on all the properties they've chosen? Thank you, Garland Coulson, The E-Business Tutor www.ebusinesstutor.com

Hi Garland, Thanks for your email. :) Since I'm not a programmer, trying to come up with something to do this is a bit beyond my skills. However, it's a very neat idea and I suspect that with the right programming skills, is very do-able. If you have access to a Perl programmer, I might recommend that you take a look at the Realty Manager Database API, available on our add-on page here: http://www.interactivetools.com/products/realtymanager/addons.html Let me know if that helps. :) Donna
