Realty Manager and Article Manager Combined?

Are there any sites out there that use the combination of Realty Manager and Article Manager. I'm creating a site that integrates both and was wondering if there were any examples out there.
Specifically, I was planning on creating a site for RM using frames, but I'm not sure how it will look if I try to mesh my framed site with AM (since the template shown would look weird in a frame).
Thanks for any comments or examples.

Hi Stevo,
I'm not aware of any sites that are using both Realty Manager and Article Manager but here is a example of a site that is using Realty Manager using frames: http://www.thehellerteam.com/
