I am wondering if anyone can tell me if there is a way to put the SEARCH function on a cd
and then have it query the online database?

Hi,
Thanks for posting!
All of our software is web-based so the search itself is something that will need to be done right on the website. While you may be able to link from a document to a search page, you'll want to note that this will still open up a web browser and an internet connection will still be required to bring up the search results.
