Hi i have set up a user account for a client, but when he logs in from his office computer and selects listings he is he is timed out and returned to Log in page.
When i log in from my Laptop the system allows me to ad in info?
Can you advise?

Hi Jim,
Have your client check his internet security settings in his browser and make sure cokies are enabled. I was having the same problem with a client and it ended up being their security was set so that they had to enter their password everytime.
Sorry I can't be more specific on the exact settings - we were trouble shooting on the phone and the client declared, "I don't know what I just changed, but it's working now!" :-)
