Listings not created/ pics not uploading

Well I have emailed support about this problem but being as they haven't gotten back to me in two days I thought i would come to the support forums with much needed help.
Recently our realty manager hasn't been working for us lately. Here's what is happening.
When we go and create a new listing it will be created and add the listing for the agent. The listing will show up for the agent if you do a search for that agent.
What happens though is if you want more information on that certain listing the web page that is suppose to be created ( in our case 10005.html) does not get created. Also when we go to upload images for said listing the images do not get uploaded.
Permissions set on both the listings and images folder are at 777. File paths set in server/setup options in Realty Manager are correct.
I have contacted support ( I believe Jake )but have failed to get a response back from him in two days. I'm looking for anyone that could help me out here.

Hi there,
I think I did follow-up with you on this on Friday, but I'm not sure as I don't know what email address you would have used to send the ticket in!
This problem is almost always caused by incorrect file paths. If you're still having trouble with this, send me a private message with your email address and I can re-open your ticket if it has been closed. Alternatively, you can just reply to any emails we had sent about this and it will re-open the ticket automatically.

Hey there,
I'm having a similar problem. I checked, double checked, and triple checked my paths and permissions and new listings aren't being created and images aren't bing uploaded.
I'm pretty sure I've missed something. Any suggestions?

Hi,
Thanks for the post!
I've had a look at the email you sent in here as well and it looks like the issue was just related to the directory paths that were set in Listings Manager's admin program. I logged into Listings Manager and clicked Setup Options->Server and just tweaked the "Listings Directory Path" and "Homepage Directory Path" to point to the appropriate folders on your server. You should find that you can now upload images and view the listings on your site.
