License expired message, support slow

Hello - On Friday the 25th around 3pm EST, I requested and paid for an installation for my Listing Manager license. By the end of the business day, I had no response on that, so I did the install myself. I enountered a "license expired" error, and I assume that it's because I had to change doman names on my account. I submitted a help desk ticket for that issue, because it doesn't seem like one that should be handled on the forums. It's now only a few hours from being 48 hours later, and I haven't heard anything back. I would appreciate any advice on getting this error corrected!

Hi, I just wanted to quickly follow-up here and mention that we're actually in the office Monday-Friday so anything that comes in late on Friday will likely be something that we'll take care of on Monday morning. That said, it seems like this issue was just related to the data files that Listings Manager uses and just required a quick tweak to get the installation up and running. I hope this helps! I do realize the slow response was due to the limited business hours. Being open 9-5 on the internet is pretty restrictive. Especially for web designers who freelance or work odd hours and weekend. Has Interactive Tools considering expanding it's hours?
