Image uploads not visible

Hello, I recently moved my copy of Listings Manager to another server. Now, the problem I am experiencing is as follows: 1. I upload an image through "Image Manager". This seemingly works without a hitch. 2. When I am returned to the main "Edit Listing" page there is no image labels in the image fields at the bottom of the page. I put text in the "Short description of image" field, so it isn't a case of blank labels. Here is what I've done so far: 1. Permissions: I've checked permissions -- they all seem OK. I've even set perms 777 on all listing manager files and directories (ugh) -- no joy. 2. I've checked to see if the file is actually being uploaded. It is not. Here is some more info: Server Software Apache/2.2.4 (Ubuntu) mod_python/3.3.1 Python/2.5.1 PHP/5.2.3-1ubuntu6 mod_ssl/2.2.4 OpenSSL/0.9.8e Perl version 5.008008 (linux) I would tell you the version of Listings Manager, but I can't seem to find that in the admin interface. I welcome any help on the subject.

Hi drodrig, Thanks for posting! Chances are one of your file paths is set incorrectly under the "Server" tab of the "Setup Options" page. I'd double-check everything here to make sure that your file paths aren't set to their old values. If you're still having trouble, submit a support request with your FTP details and we should be able to track down the source of the problem: https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support.cgi Let us know if you need anything else. ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Jake Swanson - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
