ImageMagick/Runaway Script

I have a few Listings Manager sites on a new server. When ImageMagick is enabled in the ini file (#skip_imagemagick = 1) and the "setup options" page within the admin section is accessed via a browser, the server basically crashes (runaway script). The sites all worked fine on the previous server with ImageMagick. Is there a specific version of ImageMagick that is required? Any other requirements (what flags ImageMagick should be built with)? Thanks! Glenn

Hi Glenn, Unfortunately, we're not really server admins, so we don't have any specific details on how ImageMagick should be setup... save for just requiring a standard installation. We do have a test script available to test it with if you'd like -- feel free to fill out a support request form, and we can upload this to your server for you. This might be able to help your server admins track down the problem. https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support.cgi Donna

Hi Donna, We solved the problem with the script. The libMagic.so.10 library was not found which was causing scripts calling this file to fail. So, we resolved the issue by creating the link from libMagick.so to libMagick.so.10: Glenn
