Host changed system, how to fix?

We installed Realty Manager for a customer 4+ years ago and last week their host (AT&T) changed servers, after which the script stopped working. Their technical folks tried to get it working again and in the process they made something of a mess of it. The static html pages display, except for images, and my customer cannot add or change new images or add new listings. The new server uses cgi-bin rather than cgi-local, so I'm wondering if that has messed up the original installation, and if so, how can it be fixed?

Hi rgstieg, From what you're written there could be a few things wrong with the installation now, but the first thing you'll want to check is that all of the file paths are set correctly under the "Server" tab of the "Setup Options" page - these settings are probably no longer correct for the new hosting configuration. If you're still having trouble after taking a look at that, submit a second-level support request and we can take a look at the installation of the software for you: http://www.interactivetools.com/support/ Don't hesitate to contact us! ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Jake Swanson - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
