Getting my site to work like the demo (search fields, featured listings)

I guess I didn't pay close enough attention and thought that I would be getting all of the functionality shown on the demo.
I realize I can purchase the template from template monster, but I'm assuming the functionality of the search fields and the the featured listings, are not setup to function with Listings Manager.
Is there somewhere that indicates how that can be configured?

Regarding the search form and fields, if you can provide me with some details about what you were hoping to set up I'd be happy to have a look at that for you. As for the Featured Listings, there's a great tutorial that outlines exactly how you can do this with Listings Manager:

The demo on your website features search functionality based on property type, beds, baths, and price.
We are still deciding on the template, but if we use that same template, I would expect to be able to replicate those same features. That is not standard functionality?

Hi there!
Everything you see in the demo can definitely be done with Listings Manager.. it's just a matter of setting it up the same way we did, and we can definitely help you with that.
By default, Listings Manager is fairly bare bones on purpose. This allows you to set it up however you want and integrate it into any site you'd like.
