Hello,
I am looking to add rules to the listings forms for a Realty Manager 2.52 to ensure that the data entered functions with the site. For example, the map link for a listing requires the postal code to be in the format x9x9x9 and many users like to add in a space in the middle of the postal code. I would like to create an alert prompt to advise the user to correct the postal code before the page will save. What happens now is the space causes the map link to not locate the address that the user inputs.
Any ideas on how to set up these types of validation rules?

Thanks for posting!
You should be able to set something like this up with some javascript on your admin templates. While we can't really support any modifications to these files, what you've described should be possible. If you look around for some javascript form validation scripts you should be able to turn up something that you can use.
