I went through the motions of setting everything up, ran the install.pl and then through the am.pl (running on an NT server) tried to re-publish home pages, nothing shows up. the structure is as follows: root/cgi-bin/am ../cgi-bin/am/data ../cgi-bin/am/exec ../cgi-bin/am/templates root/am ../am/homepages ../am/images ../am/listings From the Set-up window it looks like: ../../../am/listings ../../../am/homepages ../../../am/images The set-up went smooth, what am I missing?

Hmmm.... double check the permissions on the /homepages, /homepages/images, /listings, and /listings/images directories. They should all have full read-write-execute access (for owner, group and other). It sounds like the program isn't able to actually create those files in those directories. Do images upload properly?
