Change main listing image

Hello,
Does anyone know how to change the main (large) image on a property listing after it has been created/published.
When the property has been created etc it takes the main image for the listing from what you set as the preview image. This is fine until you change the preview image in the back-end. The preview image will change but the main larger image on the full listing doesn't.
Is this a limitation or am I missing something?

Hi Webmark,
Thanks for posting! 
From what you've mentioned it sounds like you were using the Image Gallery add-on that allows you to display one large image with a row of thumbnails underneath. If I've misunderstood at all, just let me know.
This tweak involves showing a larger image which will be the first image you uploaded for that listing. When you upload images into Listings Manager they are renamed in this style: "3_1.jpg". In this example 3 is the listing number and 1 is the image number. The add-on I mentioned uses whichever image has "_1", meaning it was the first image uploaded, as the large image.
Fortunately, Listings Manager re-uses these numbers so to change the image there's just a couple of quick steps in Listings Manager. Basically you'll just want to log into Listings Manager, modify the listing you'd like to change the image for and erase this image from Listings Manager (ensure that you have a local backup of this image first). This would then mean that there isn't an X_1.jpg file for this listing and there won't be any large image shown. Then, just upload a new image through Listings Manager and it should be named to X_1.jpg and will then be your large image.

Hi Mike,
Thanks for the reply. I was unaware I was using the add-on you refer to???
A typical page in question is:

The client would like the ability if possible to change/swap the main (larger) photo at the top to another photo from the left (thumbnails) via the back-end.
Is this possible or can it only be done as per your previous post?

It's not really possible to see how this is all working on your site without looking at your templates directly. I'd recommend following the steps Mike mentioned above to see if you're able to change the image following that method.
