Can you use half baths ie: 3.5

In the Bathroom dropdown field: client wants not just 1,2,3,etc. They require half baths be reported as well. I'm assuming I can do 1,1.5,2,2.5,etc., but I would like to make sure it will work before I do it.

Sure! You'd have to tweak the interface dropdowns to store that new information, but that'll work fine. :-)
