CGI Folder replaced

My cgi folder was replaced and now I've got a big mess. I have multiple products going, several Listing Managers and some Article Managers.. Listing Managers I can still get into the admin managers, but can't see any of my listings. Article Manager I can't get into at all.
I really messed up and I really need some advice.
Help!

Hi there,
Hmm... when you say "replaced", do you mean they're gone completely? The cgi folders tend to have some pretty important (read: irreplaceable without backups) folders in them.
