Hi Pierre,
Thanks for your post. Realty Manager is platform independent - it can run on UNIX, Windows etc., provided the server's running Perl. You might want to glance over our system requirements, just in case.
While there's nothing built into Realty Manager that allows you just to say, toggle a switch to change language, you can edit the interface information file and site templates to change any text. In the next release, Realty Manager will have actual HTML templates for the interface, which will allow you to modify the language much easier. But right now it is still possible.
But that's what we're around for ;-) Just email us or post any questions you might have on how to implement this.
