Can anyone recommend a good way of archiving properties, rather than just deleting them. I am pretty sure that this is not a built in function, but would be happy to be proved wrong! Thanks Si www.turkish-homes.com Turkish Homes

This is a feature I hope to see added someday. My company specializes in lease properties and the same ones come up again every year or two. Would be nice to be able to mark a listing "inactive" instead of deleting it. Then a year later when the tenant moves out, we could just activate it, retaining the photos and specs and making any changes that would be needed. To answer your question, maybe you could save the html file of the listing (ex: 00144.html) and at least the details would be available for future reference after you delete the listing. Steve

Hi guys, This very feature is being QA'd for the next version update - each listing will have an option to be taken offline. To be honest, I've only myself had a fleeting glimpse at this new functionality, but I know you'd be interested in hearing about it. And no news about a release date, just yet. :-) Ben interactivetools.com

Hi all Quote "And no news about a release date, just yet. :-) " I keep hearing that a lot at IT it's like becoming the standard answer at IT i hear it here for this product and the AM product. what do I tell customers? And we no news about a release date, just yet. so just smile and wait :-) I don't want a exact date but a month would me nice. :-) Maurice ------------------------------------------- www.intraserve.nl we buildt: http://www.buitenhuis.nl http://www.squerist.nl http://www.movb.nl http://www.lvsvo.aimfor.nl/ http://www.vanstraten.net http://www.beukenrode.nl http://www.kydonk.nl http://www.geneeskundigevereniging.nl http://www.nvzd.nl http://www.geneeskundigevereniging.nl http://www.vhmz.nl http://www.generate-it.nl http://www.florint.nl

As you've noticed, we don't post release dates - just an announcement after the fact that the software has been released. There are so many situations that can delay the development of a software product. We don't want you to rely on a future version of the software, and then let you down when something unforseen happens. I know it would be great to tell your customers a date, but it would be uncomfortable to have to go back to them and push things back. We do plan to announce dates eventually, but only after our internal process is so good that we're never wrong - otherwise there's no point in publicizing dates. We want to release great software, of high quality, and fulfill our delivery date promises. Until we can do all three, we're going to keep tight-lipped about the dates. :-) Fraser Cain - Product Manager interactivetools.com, inc.
