.php publishing 500 error

I am trying to publish listings as .php and getting 500 errors when trying to view them. I adjusted the config.ini file as described in another thread but the permissions in the folder were still being reset to an unacceptable setting. Can you advise how I can over-ride and ensure the chmod settings stay as they should for a .php file?

Hi sheepmonkey, I've seen several different servers require totally different permissions settings for PHP files, so you may need to adjust these differently than what was mentioned in the other thread. If you'd like, we can take a look at this for you and determine the appropriate settings if you submit a second-level support request: http://www.interactivetools.com/support/ Don't hesitate to contact us! ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Jake Swanson - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
