Make sure you're not uploading images into your /cgi-bin/ as they often won't display from there.
Do you have an example url that shows the problem?

I see, I uploaded an image here and when I direct link I get a 403 Forbidden error:

The first two things to check are these:
It could be that the server is setting the permissions on newly created files such that they're not readable. To change this, open up the "config.ini" file which is in the /exec/ directory. Look for this line in that file "#umask = 000" and try changing it to "umask = 000" (remove the #).
That should allow newly uploaded files to have the corrent permissions.
Next, check all the files already uploaded and change their permissions, as well as the directories they're in.
