image upload problem - browse is not responding

Hello,
I am having NO issue with this from my computer, but for some reason my client is having a problem with the "browse" button not responding when she is trying to upload an image. I would assume this is something with her connection and/or computer but I would love to have some type of "educated" response to give her and the possibility to remotely help her with this issue.
She is using IE.
She has no issues making changes in the editor to text.
Any thoughts?

Hi Mike,
If she's in a corporate computer environment it could be that her computer is locked down and doesn't allow access to the filesystem. If the "Browse" button for uploads doesn't do anything there's something wrong with the browser. You can test this will the following form:
<form>
<input type="file">
</form>
That form should display a field with a browse button that lets you select a file.
I'd start by asking her if she's able to upload with web mail (hotmail, yahoo, etc) or any other web applications using the same computer and browser.
