auto fill of certain inventory/ad items for dealers

Dave and Co.,
I didn't see a similar thread on this. Using CMS Builder with a dealer network (1 admin account or "broker" with many dealers or "agents" under them)...is it possible that when the dealers log in that certain inventory fields are prefilled to avoid repetitious input? Example: they login and create a new record, and the fields of dealer ID, location, address, zip are already filled in based upon their login.

You can set a default value for a field, but that default is used for everybody when creating new records.
If you find you have a lot of repeated data in the database it might make sense to have a separate section for "dealer info" and just load that with an additional viewer on the website.
Or if you wanted to be able to specify field defaults on a per user basis we could do that as a custom job (email me if your interested in that).
