I have just white labelled CMS Builder.
What should my "Help" link point to?
Is there a folder of help files I can upload to my server?

You're welcome to copy our docs below but they're mostly targeted at developers: http://www.interactivetools.com/docs/cmsbuilder/index.html
What most people do is put in the url for their support or contact page in the help url. Or you could even put in your email address like this: mailto:support@example.com
