Upload Field in WYSIWYG Editor not Responding

I added an Upload field to one of my CMS Pages - but when I click on "Browse" or "OK" - nothing happens.
I recently got a computer with Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7 - so I don't know if that might have something to do with it? Has anyone else had a problem like this?

Hi Kelly,
You may want to make sure that your browser is set up to allow pop-up windows from your site, as well as checking to see if your security settings could be interfering with this.
