Hi,
I just can't make my mind up between CMS and AM2. I like AM2 as it allows me to assign an article to categories but then I wonder for how long will AM2 be developed. If anyone has an opinion on which software is the best for me then please add to this post. I recently cashed in a licence of AM2 and a licence for CMS as I couldn't make up my mind!
My use for a cms is to look after a few websites that upload news and tournament tables, hence I need some html editing facility and I need to ensure a news article page is maintained.

ps. One site I manage uses Joomla and I'd like to move away from that system and use either cms or am2 along with 3 other sites that I manage. Basically I want to stick with one software choice so that I can learn to extract the maximum benefit rather than a mix of software as at present. Editing is via Dreamweaver.

Hi Mickey,
Thanks for posting!
Based on what you've outlined here, it really does seem like either product will work for you. If there are any other specific requirements for each of these sites I'd be happy to look at that and let you know what might work best and at this point it seems like you could really use either product.
Because of this, I'd recommend giving CMS Builder a try as you start working on these sites. You'll be able to create the PHP pages you'll need on this site in Dreamweaver and then can add CMS Builder's viewer code into those pages.
