Hi Greg,
This issue is fixed in 2.12+
>- Uploads: Uploads will stay with a table after a table is renamed
If you rename the section back to cms_listings, upgrade, then rename it again it should be automatic. It's because uploads are stored in a separate table (uploads) along with the name of the table they are associated with (in your case "listings").
