Problem with WYSIWYG Editor

Hi, One of my customers is having problems with the WYSIWYG editor displaying. I realise it wasn't specifically built by interactive tools, however I was hoping someone here may know what is going on. I have installed CMS builder on his site and everything has been working fine, however now for some reason the WYSIWYG editor will not display at all in Firefox on a PC. He said it's working in IE but has previously been using Firefox with it and had no issues at all. Does anyone know why it could stop working? I've tested it across PC and MAC and all browsers and can't replicate the error...

Are they running the latest version of CMS Builder? When Firefox 3 came out the tinyMCE wysiwyg editor stopped working for everybody across the internet and needed to be upgraded. If you haven't already done so try upgrading CMS Builder, then clear your browser cache and let us know if it's still a problem. Dave Edis - Senior Developer interactivetools.com
