Immediate page view issue

I have just installed cms builder and followed all the instructions.
I have created a page http://www.first4zone.com/productsList.php but as you can see it simply shows an error.
I have attached the file in question.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Vaisoco,
I don't see any errors on the productsList.php page, but I do see this error when I click through to productsPage.php?1
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/first4zo/public_html/productsPage.php on line 3
I'd check line 3 in productsPage.php and see if you can spot any errors (maybe compare it with productsLists.php) or attach that file and I can have a look.
