Error after server move... Can't Post

Hi,

I got the following error after moving servers:

Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/var/www/vhosts/s15952201.onlinehome-server.info/websites/national) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/s15952201.onlinehome-server.info/websites/national/cms-hub/:/tmp/) in /var/www/vhosts/s15952201.onlinehome-server.info/websites/national/cms-hub/lib/init.php on line 423 session.save_path doesn't exist! (/var/www/vhosts/s15952201.onlinehome-server.info/websites/national)
To change session settings edit /data/settings.dat.php

I am not in work at the moment but thought I would ask for some ideas when I get in tomorrow morning, as I have never seen this error before...

Hope someone has an idea!

Paul

OK, I got that fixed (it was trying to create a session in a folder to which it had no access). I can now login to CMSB!

I have a new problem now. I get this when the website tries to load:
Couldn't load viewer library, check filepath in sourcecode.

Anyone got ideas on this one?

Hi Paul,

Try going into the code generator from the admin menu of your new installation and copying the "load viewer library code" from one of the sections into your existing viewers. You probably have the old server path in your viewers.

Best,

Hey Jerry,

That was the first thing I checked. Turns out it's server config and a number of other issues. We were moving to a Plesk with root access server . . . We have since changed our minds about that lol!! Now moving to a managed server.

Thanks for replying though. Much appreciated.

Paul
