DragSortOrder not working in Section Editor root Can't Post
Happy New Year to all!

Sorry to start the year with a problem.

In the Section Editor root, the DragSortOrder is not working. (It works fine in each section I create, though).

I am creating a Menu Group and attempting to group sections under this group but nothing is moving.

How do I rectify this?

Hi Terry,

Do you receive an error when trying to move a section? Does the section appear to move at first, but then reverts back, or does it never move?

Let us know and fill out a 2nd Level Support Request so we can take a closer look at this issue for you.

Hi Jason,

There is no error. The DragSortOrder icon is there but not active.

I'll fill out the request form.
