Website Membership v1.04 Released

Hello All,
We've just released a new version of Website Membership:

Here's what's new in 1.04
- Supports the new Encrypted Passwords feature in CMS Builder v2.08
- We re-did all the example templates to start with user-* for easy sorting together
- Email templates are now available in /emails/
Due to the new encryption and mail template features, you'll need to manually re-create your existing Website Membership pages (login, password-reset, user-profile and user-signup pages) from the examples provided.
