Hi Tim,
Currently, the Twitter plugin only supports a single account, but it could be customized to work with more than 1. If you need it to be able to post to facebook as well, we could do that with further customizations.
If you'd like to look into doing this further, please send an email to consulting@interactivetools.com with a list of requirements and we can come up with some options for you.
