Hi there!
I have the sample_login.php page uploaded for a new client and I've tried testing different types of user accounts but all are returning with a
"Invalid username or password" error.

Is the Membership Plugin 1.01 not compatible with the newest version of CMS (2.09). That's the only thing I could think of that was different with this set-up. Please let me know - thanks!

Hey Kelly,

It's possible your client has password encryption turned on. You'll need to get the latest version of Website Membership to support that.

The upgrade is free if you've purchased a license, you can get it by logging into our add-ons site.
