Installing PDF Creator Can't Post

I have installed the PDF plugin; when I click on "Test Server Requirements" all tests are passed, but the last box contains the following error message:

CREATEPDF_TEMPDIR_PATH isn't writable! /var/www/cgi-bin

Thanks

Hi,

This looks like it's just a folder permission issue. You need to make sure that the folder /var/www/cgi-bin/ has write permissions. You can normally set these permissions through your FTP client or through your cPanel.

Hope this helps

Sorry, I'm still having a problem with this. I had an existing /cgi-bin directory under the root, gave that a 777 - didn't work. Set up a directory structure var/www/cgi-bin under the root and gave it a 777 - still does not work.

Hi,

If you could fill out a 2nd Level Support Request we can take a closer look into this for you.

Thanks
