Hi,
No problem. First, upload the entire folder that the plugin came in to the plugins folder on your server (cmsAdmin/plugins). Next, login to CMS Builder and go to Admin -> Plugins. The plugin you just uploaded should now appear in your "Inactive Plugins" list. Click the "Activate Plugin" link beside your plugin, and your done!
