ssi server error message Can't Post

Hi ,

This is a follow up from my previous thread as I am concerned that the issue hasn't been revisited and we are in a bit of a rush with this now. previous thread http://www.interactivetools.com/iforum/Products_C2/Article_Manager_2_F31/Is_error_due_to_testing_server_P72652/

Our issue is that we cannot use the standard ssi calls for next page links due to restrictions on the server, when we do as you kindly suggested and select the emulated ssi we get the following issues which may or may neot be connected but we do need to get the issue resolved before we can go live with the site.

Our initial page displays fine we just get the errors when chosing the next page, as we have been messing with the code to incorporate it all into our own templates it may be something which I have done incorrectly relating to this next and previous section.

I get the following error messages relating to the category list and latest headlines when attempting to access the next page link at the bottom of the page I also lose our own included headers. which you can see by viewing the provided links.

[Emulated SSI Error : file '/home/sites/bridlington.net/public_html//bridlington.net/informer/publish/include_globalMenu.shtml' doesn't exist!] [Emulated SSI Error : file '/home/sites/bridlington.net/public_html//bridlington.net/informer/publish/include_searchbox.shtml' doesn't exist!]

and

[Emulated SSI Error : file '/home/sites/bridlington.net/public_html//bridlington.net/informer/publish/include_groupedHeadlines.shtml' doesn't exist!]

and

[Emulated SSI Error : '../../header.html' must start with '/']

Although the content in the main page seems to display okay, the files do exist in these locations and all columns display fine on the first page.

You can view the issue at our testing location of
http://79.170.44.106/bridlington.net/informer/publish/index.shtml and just hit the next page link at the bottom.

Obviously I need to fix this as we cannot use the default ssi option due to the server restrictions, any help would be appreciated as we are hoping to be ready to make the site live by weekend.

Thanks in advance

Hi there,

As per the other thread, I'd recommend putting in a support request so we can take a look at it directly. You can do so here:

I think I've responded to your ticket already, let me know if you haven't received that. We try to respond to all tickets within one business day. Since we're not open on weekends you wouldn't have been able to receive a response until Monday at the earliest.
