sql table creation

I have created a sql database for the article manager.
I have entered the database name, username and password and prefix.
When i try to save i get the message that:
None of the required program tables could be found on the new database connection!
Do I have to create the required tables for the article manager with all the table fields and settings before i can switch to the sql database?

Hi shoutitandsave,
This is probably coming up because you're using the "Use data from a different database" option when trying to perform you conversion. If the database is empty, use the "Move data to a new database" command instead and these errors should go away.
