I'm new to this Article manager, we have a website developed with article manager, we found the template for home page and the output page(published). we have to change the home page according to client requirement. But we are unable to understand how to change the code according to client requirement for ex: <!-- templateIf : $article.externalLink$ ne "" --><a href="$article.externalLink$"><!-- /templateIf --> here how we can change this $article.externalLink$ and value and where it is defined. please provide any tutorial about article manager. Already i refer this link: http://www.interactivetools.com/docs/articlemanager2/install/index.html

Hi itsmeraviuknow, The value of $article.externalLink$ comes from the article input form itself - if an URL is entered into the "External Link" field, it will be added to your article page through that placeholder. You can find some additional tutorials for Article Manager here: http://www.interactivetools.com/docs/articlemanager2/tutorials/index.html There is also a lot of information about the software available on this forum. ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Jake Swanson - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
