I'd like to be able to do this with Article Manager: "website link removed" I'm a newbie -- if this is possible with A.M., can someone give me some pointers? Thanks! Tom

Are these files which you would like to upload? If so AM has a built in feature that allows you to upload (attachment) which will be linked. You can specify which file types you would like to attach. If files are located in another location you may simply link to them from your content. I think the demo version setup here shows this feature.

Hi Tom Thanks for posting! I think GinSlinger has you on the right track here. Article Manager is going to be able to let you upload those PDF files easily. From what I can see, each one is actually a combination of two different PDF files so you would be creating one article and uploading two PDF's to it then creating another article and attaching two more to it. From there, it would just be a matter of getting the template to look the way you want it to. Let me know if we are on the right track here . ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com

Thanks Ross, I went into Admin / General Settings / Upload Settings / Extensions allowed and added ,pdf to the end of the string. I added an article & attached 2 pdfs to it. When I clicked Save, the Publish process did not run properly. I finally got the message: "The server timed out and was unable to complete publishing. The last status message was: Publishing: Article Pages (articlePages) " What next? Tom

Hi Tom That error isn't going to be related to the PDF thing you just setup. It's most likely going to be something to do with the server itself but what I'll get you to do is just try saving that article again. From time to time, if there is a lot happening on your server, you can get that error. If you continue to get that message though, send me a support request and I can take a closer look at what's going on: https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support.cgi Either way, I look forward to hearing from you . ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
