WYSIWYG/mysql problem Can't Post

Hi,
sorry if something like that was posted before, i didn't found it by using search.
I'm a developer using AM2 platform.
It was setup to use MySQL and WYSIWYG editor was activated. System passed all tests and gone to live. But strange problem has appeared. One of our writers posted his article(copy-pasted from ms word).
And article didn't want to publish(from third try server just died). For some reason size of text in mysql db was over 500kb (article was small, 1-2kb of the text and couple of images) mostly filled with whitespaces. And browser displayed text normally(no visual collisions).

Did someone got such issue before and could it be fixed?

Hi there,

Did you get any specific error message? What happened when you tried to publish?

Only that connection was timed out and publishing has failed.

I think we'll want to take a look at this directly -- would you be able to fill out a support request?

Problem was resolved.
Issue appearing if we use MS Word07/Vista and rtf format with pictures. Seems pictures and internal Word info wasn't cleared correctly, just filled out with whitespaces.
It was MS issue, as allways...

Glad to hear you got that sorted out. Copying & pasting from other Microsoft programs can definitely cause weirdness. :)
