Upgrade Problems [2 issues]

Im excited that v2 has been released and am finally working with it!! Kotos ppl!! 
1) I've upgraded from v1.41 to v2 with no problem, but when I went into the database, i saw that it only imported articles from the Current Articles flatfile to MySQL... skipping the articles archived, and I have about 13,000 articles archives into 4 archives. How do I import the rest of those articles into the MySQL database?
2) I get the following error when I try to do the following:
---- access article list from administration
---- publish the files
the error is as follows:
Error: sortBy contains unrecognized fieldname 'art_field20' in table 'db_article'! at (eval 85) line 26, <DATA> line 643.
im working on my localhost box, not the internet.
any help is greatly appreciated.

nevermind, i firgured out what the problems were...
now im gonna have to into your v2 docs to understand how to deal with templates etc...
