That's strange. And the directory does exist? It seems to be returning a different path name in the error.

If you like we can install Artman2 for you:
https://www.interactivetools.com/support/free_installation.cgi

We can let you know what the problem was and then you can continue on with the upgrade process.

Let me know if you want to do that.

Re: [biruel] Upgrade Error [In reply to] Can't Post

This is path for old host '/home/carlinhos2/public_html/artman/uploads' My new way in host is ´/home/carlinho/public_html/artman/uploads' The way was modified later that I moved of supplier. The AM functions perfectly. It has possibility place that I can modify script manually, to point the correct way? PS: They forgive me the errors of writing, I am of Brazil and I do not dominate the language well American

Re: [biruel] Upgrade Error [In reply to] Can't Post

Hmm, it might be that the upload path in ArtMan 1 is incorrect. The upgrade script loads the upload path from ArtMan 1.

The quickest way for us to resolve if for you would be if you could send in a support request form here:
https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support.cgi

If you want to try it some more yourself, though, I'd recommend double checking the filepaths in ArtMan2 and the filepaths you're entering into the upgrade script.

Hope that helps!

Hi biruel, Glad to hear you figure out what filepaths you needed to get things installed.

I haven't seen that error message before. Could you private message me your artman url and a username and password so I can login to your artman and take a look?
