Unix install 404 error - Network Solutions Can't Post
Trying to install AM2 on Unix server hosted by Net Sol.

On the AM2 install manager page 1 of 8, when I click on "Next," I get a 404 page not found. The URL contains some funk after the domain name.

http://www.website.com/~1779707.1924878//cgi-bin/artman2/admin.cgi

I called Net Sol. I asked them if they needed to set something on the server as the install docs suggest. They told me to move all of the files in cgi-bin/artman2 out of artman2 and into the root cgi-bin. Did that. Nothing changed. Moved them back.

What should my next step be? Please and thanks.

That's a known issue with an odd server configuration on Network Solutions server -- drop us an email at support@interactivetools.com and I can send you a patch that will fix that. :)
