Unable to initialize ReadForm Module! (Check settings)	Can't Post

I get the following error upon updating to AM 2.02.

"Unable to initialize ReadForm Module! (Check settings)".

Any ideas?

After playing with it, it looks like the permissions for the UTIL dir were off a bit. After adjusting them the error went away.
