Tutorial different than mine...

This is a little 'odd'. (Sorry for all the posts tonight!) I was working on this tutorial: Number or articles in each category http://www.interactivetools.com/forum/gforum.cgi?do=post_view&post=50630 The thing that threw me was this: 9. Published Files. Choose 'Category lists' and enter 'numberOfArticles<catNum>' for filename. I don't HAVE "category lists" as an option?? I have under Published files: One file - listing articles from selected categories or Multiple files - one file for each selected category Include articles from subcategories ? I set it as multiple files, but wasn't sure if that was right? Amber

btw... I just did what I said below (checked the multiple files) republished all. http://www.thatsubject.com/topics/publish/internet-marketing/Internet_MarketingTest.shtml Only "internet marketing" shows (40) articles. None of the other topics show. That is really strange, because I told it to republish ALL. Now - it does work if I click on other categories.. but only on the 'current one' being read. Is it not supposed to show on the "global" pages, the total # of articles in EACH category, or only the category you are specifically on? Also - is there a way to "print" somewhere the total # of live articles in the system? (I'd so much prefer to have this updated automatically rather than manually change it daily LOL) Amber
