Tips for updating your templates - don't "Publish All" every time

When you're making template changes, you don't need to "Publish All" whenever you make a template change. Instead: - For most publishing rules, it's a good idea to publish only that rule. Go to Admin > Publishing, and click the "publish" link for the rule you're working with.
- If you have a LOT of articles, an articlePages publishing rule can take some time to run through all articles. Instead, simply open a single, existing article for editing and click "Save", then check that article on your live website. Or, if the Publishing Rule is your "preview rule" (check the Admin > Publishing page), you don't even need to save: you can just hit "Preview" when you open the article in the article editor. Once you're happy with the new template, then go to Admin > Publishing and re-publish that rule (as per above). Another tip (maybe this is obvious to everyone, but I thought I'd share it): while uploading edits, keep logged into Article Manager so you can re-publish as soon as you have uploaded your modified file. Keep another browser window (or tab) open with a page that's updated by your changes so you simply can refresh the page to see your edits live. I know some of you have many, many articles, and are fine-tuning your templates with your switchover from version 1, so I thought it might save you some hassle to give these a try.
