Suggestion for Article Manager Mods, Tweaks & Tricks

I've been pouring over the forums for all the Mods, Tweaks & Tricks I can find...and it occured to me. While an open forum is great.
A more organised article database would be perfect for InterActiveTools to have a developers version of Article Manager2 catagorizing every Mod, Tweaks & Tricks this far known. In a published article form.
