Sorting by title not alphabetizing titles that start with lowercase

Hi - I have some articles that start with a lowercase letter. In the alphabetical sort, these titles are being put at the bottom, after the z's. Besides changing the lowercase to uppercase (which I can't do b/c it's a company name), how do I get the alpha sort to be not case-sensitive.

Hi Wendy,
I took a look into this for you and I was able to replicate this problem on my end. I'm going to look into some ways to get around this problem for you - we'll keep you updated.
